Reservations

A special rate has been reserved for meeting attendees at the prevailing government per diem rate of $231.00/night plus tax (13%) per room night for single/double occupancy.

To receive this special meeting rate, reservations must be made before 5:00 p.m. on Monday, August 28.

Reservation Guarantee

All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Please inform the hotel of early or late arrivals and departures. The hotel check-in time is 4:00 p.m., and check-out time is 12 noon.

Reservation Cancellation

If you need to cancel your hotel reservation, please contact the hotel directly at least 72 hours in advance before your scheduled arrival. Cancellations made fewer than 72 hours in advance are subject to and penalty of one night’s room and tax.
